As soon as you say “Yes!” If you know you’ll want help bringing your vision to life (or making sure your Pinterest board doesn’t turn into a pressure cooker), the earlier the better. Full planning clients often book 12–18 months out, while coordination or management services can book out 6–9 months in advance — or more during peak season!

We make it simple and stress-free! Most couples pay in 2–3 installments: a deposit to reserve your date, a mid-way payment, and a final payment due before the big day. If you need a custom payment plan, we’re happy to work with you — flexibility is part of the experience.

Life happens — we get it! Your contract will outline cancellation terms specific to your package. Generally, retainers are non-refundable, but we do our best to be fair and flexible. If you need to reschedule or adjust your service, we’ll always work with you when possible.

Yes — depending on your package. Our partial and full-service packages include day-of setup and breakdown assistance. For other services, we can add this or recommend trusted pros to support your day behind the scenes.

You’ll always work directly with your lead planner! Depending on your package and guest count, you may also meet one of our trusted assistants. You’re never just a name in our calendar — we’re in this with you every step of the way.
